Mike Gilliard
Mike’s career spans 20+ years of results-driven, effective development projects along the Eastern Seaboard with a focus on New York. He is a senior executive with expertise managing complex teams to develop large-scale urban infill, P3 master-planned communities, economic development, transit-oriented projects and community revitalization. Michael has worked to source, secure and execute complex projects totaling over 3,250 units of housing, $2.5 billion in total development costs and $500 million in Federal, State and local grants/tax credits.
Mike’s completed projects include redeveloping the largest historic residential project in the US (The Beacon: Jersey City, NJ). Prior to founding NYDAG in 2018, he served as the Vice President of Real Estate at Habitat for Humanity New York City, and secured a development pipeline of $250 million for the organization.
